Our Vision
We are Kerstin and Fred Lemke. We coach leaders and individuals to make confident choices, lead well, and grow into their best selves. We also advise organisations to clarify direction, align people and priorities, and turn strategy into sustainable performance.
Our story began in 2004, when Fred founded Hidden Needs Business Consulting (HNBC), focused on customer-centricity and identifying hidden needs to shape winning market offerings. Over time, the work expanded into broader strategy and leadership challenges, with coaching becoming a growing part of how we supported clients. As the practice evolved and more experts became involved, HNBC developed into the Lemke Consulting Group, working primarily across Europe from a base in Germany.
After Kerstin and Fred immigrated to New Zealand, the focus shifted increasingly towards coaching and advisory work for individuals, leaders, and organisations. Since February 2025, the practice is Lemke & Lemke, offering services on-site in Aotearoa New Zealand and globally through online and hybrid engagements.
Our vision is a world where individuals, teams and organisations grow with awareness and direction, creating sustainable performance, wellbeing, and genuine happiness at work and in life.
